Relationship Manager - Private Banking (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY 10018, United States; onsite, full-time

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 realistic expected annual base pay. The posted pay band is $101,770.50–$173,468.00. Total compensation may also include incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Prospect, onboard, develop, and maintain banking relationships with private banking clients.
• Expand existing relationships through sales efforts and coordinate Product Partners to deliver banking solutions.
• Manage account opening, follow-up, client communications, and ongoing account maintenance.
• Address client inquiries and sensitive relationship needs, coordinating with internal departments when required.
• Assist with credit problems, delinquent payment issues, and targeted new-client acquisition.
• Review fraud, activity, deposit, transaction, and month-end reports and investigate or approve items when needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• High school diploma, equivalent qualification, or foreign equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including lending and cash.
• Client-focused, detail-oriented, and able to build and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Clear communication, proactive collaboration, and effective cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to follow applicable federal, state, and local regulatory and compliance requirements.
