Sr. Sourcing Deputy (Mechanical Parts)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement strategies for metal components across global markets.
• Evaluate, qualify, onboard, and manage suppliers while monitoring vendor performance.
• Negotiate pricing models, commercial terms, and enterprise-level supplier contracts.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies and identify sourcing opportunities that improve profitability.
• Provide market trend analyses, forecasting, and cost-structure insights to internal stakeholders.
• Build supplier partnerships and implement business continuity and supply chain risk mitigation plans.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in strategic sourcing and international procurement.
• Hands-on expertise in sourcing metal components.
• Experience collaborating across global regions, including the US, EMEA, and APAC.
• Advanced negotiation, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and financial-analysis skills.
• Demonstrated success in cost management, supply chain optimization, and operational excellence.
• Business-level English fluency, written and verbal, is required.
