What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise strategy for new advisor sourcing, onboarding, development, teaming, and practice readiness.
• Lead onboarding, training, career pathways, competency models, and milestone-based development for new financial advisors.
• Own the enterprise teaming strategy, including matching solo advisors with teams seeking growth talent.
• Define practice-readiness standards covering business planning, client acquisition, practice management, technology, CRM use, delegation, and team readiness.
• Establish coaching models, mentoring networks, peer communities, readiness assessments, and transition benchmarks.
• Integrate AI, digital learning, and analytics into advisor development and partner with technology teams to improve productivity and personalization.

Requirements

• More than 15 years of general experience.
• 10–15 years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Experience developing early-career financial advisors and connecting talent programs to business outcomes.
• Ability to define enterprise metrics for retention, productivity, readiness, revenue growth, engagement, and pipeline sustainability.
