Workplace Service Analyst & Supplier Management

Location: Hemel Hempstead, UK; full-time, permanent position.

What you will do

• Monitor IT supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, contractual commitments, and service quality standards.
• Prepare service performance reports, dashboards, governance documentation, and supplier review materials.
• Track supplier escalations, service issues, delivery delays, risks, and corrective actions through completion.
• Support supplier onboarding, contract renewals, procurement activities, asset management, and hardware fulfilment.
• Coordinate workplace services activities, ticket handling, service documentation, and device deployment processes.
• Analyse performance trends and support continuous improvement across workplace technology services.

Requirements

• Experience in IT Service Management, Workplace Services, Service Delivery, or Supplier Management.
• Strong understanding of supplier governance, contract performance, service reporting, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards with Power BI or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, vendors, or third-party service providers.
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Nice to have

• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Vendor management, supplier governance, or procurement certification.
• Experience with global technology providers such as AT&T, DXC, AWS, or Google.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, asset management, workplace technology support, procurement, or vendor onboarding.
