Commercial Process Manager (Aerospace Manufacturing)

Location: Duxford, United Kingdom; onsite. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Lead the development and improvement of commercial validation, approval, and governance processes across EMEA/AP.
• Manage customer proposal, contract approval, renewal, and Long-Term Agreement workflows.
• Develop reporting frameworks, workflow tools, dashboards, and automation to improve tracking and decision-making.
• Monitor commercial opportunities throughout their lifecycle and report on process adherence, contract performance, and business outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Business Development, Finance, Legal, operations, and senior leadership on commercial and financial evaluations.
• Train and support stakeholders while refining governance standards and processes.

Requirements

• Degree qualification or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Experience managing complex commercial processes, bids, proposals, contracts, or governance frameworks in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or a similarly regulated environment.
• Experience designing, implementing, or improving business processes and controls from concept through deployment.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including pricing, cost structures, margin analysis, and business performance metrics.
• Experience with KPIs, dashboards, workflow tools, and performance reporting, ideally using Power BI or similar platforms.
• Fluent French and English, strong analytical ability, IT systems capability, communication skills, and experience engaging senior and executive stakeholders.
