Product Manager – Decisioning (Fintech)

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned TU office for a minimum of two days a week

What you will do

• Support product strategies, roadmaps, proposition development, and business cases for decisioning products and services.
• Gather and analyse customer, partner, market, and competitor insights to identify innovation and improvement opportunities.
• Prioritise and deliver product initiatives while balancing customer needs, commercial objectives, business strategy, and technical considerations.
• Monitor revenue, forecasting, adoption, feature utilisation, retention, customer satisfaction, churn, and NPS.
• Build strategic partner relationships, align roadmaps, support governance, and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate product delivery, implementation, optimisation, partner enablement, training, communications, and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, prioritisation, and commercial skills.
• Experience supporting revenue, forecasting, and budget objectives.
• Understanding of market trends, customer needs, emerging technologies, and innovation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, planning, and project management skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with at least two days per week at the assigned TU office in Leeds.
