College Intern (CVD)

What you will do

• Learn the fundamentals of Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD).
• Develop and tune recipes for SiO₂ and Si₃N₄ thin films used in advanced packaging.
• Design and conduct experiments to optimize deposition parameters.
• Characterize films using ellipsometry, defect measurements, and wafer bow measurements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with integration, metrology, quality, and process engineering teams; document findings and present results.

Requirements

• Interest in or knowledge of CVD and thin-film deposition.
• Ability to perform process tuning, design of experiments, and film characterization.
• Ability to analyze experimental data and communicate findings.
• Available to work full time onsite in Singapore.
