College Intern – Manufacturing Process Engineer

What you will do

• Gain hands-on experience with final assembly manufacturing processes and Industry 4.0 solutions.
• Support the Process Engineering team in maintaining quality and operational performance targets for inkjet printhead manufacturing.
• Investigate process-related quality issues, perform failure analysis, identify root causes, and help implement solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on Industry 4.0 and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop concepts that strengthen process capabilities and improve line productivity.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Materials, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Available for a full-time internship beginning in January 2027 for at least five to six months.
• Foundational understanding of manufacturing processes and data analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic programming experience in Python or a similar language.
• Curiosity, agility, a growth mindset, and a collaborative approach.
