TL;DR

Location: Mikulov, Czechia; full-time on-site role

What you will do

  • Specify and design new laboratory test equipment.
  • Lead delivery projects for laboratory equipment used in engineering and product evaluation testing.
  • Provide technical leadership for testing activities and supervise the operation, maintenance, and adjustment of testing instruments.
  • Supervise and evaluate compressor testing according to international standards.
  • Assist with accredited measurements of compressors, condensing units, and heat pumps.
  • Define and evaluate calibration tests, including deviations and measurement uncertainties, and prepare operating instructions and manuals.

Requirements

  • Technical secondary education in mechanical engineering or a related field; a technical engineering degree is preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Communicative English; B1 English is listed as preferred.
  • Strong command of MS Office and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
  • Detail orientation, problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, prioritization, and teamwork.

Nice to have

  • Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering with basic knowledge of thermodynamics.
  • Czech electro education certificate NV 194/2022 Sb.
  • Czech language at B2 level.
  • Daily use of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
