TL;DR
Electrical Engineer (Power Generation) (Electrical Systems/Gas Turbines): Developing and maintaining electrical systems for 4–35 MW gas turbine packages used in power generation with an accent on technical specifications, system design, and interface definition. Focus on preparing electrical documentation, implementing standard product changes, and coordinating with mechanical, auxiliary, project, and sales engineering teams.

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; onsite five days a week

Base minimum pay: Kč587,856.00 per year

What you will do

  • Develop electrical systems for 4–35 MW gas turbine packages according to technical specifications.
  • Support the design, maintenance, and interface definition of gas turbine package electrical systems.
  • Implement changes into the standard product.
  • Prepare technical documentation covering electrical system functionality, component specifications, and certifications.
  • Support the Sales and Project Execution departments.
  • Collaborate with auxiliary, mechanical, electrical, project, sales support, and project application engineers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or an equivalent discipline.
  • Good knowledge of electrical systems and electrical schematics.
  • Attention to detail when working with component specifications, certifications, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork capability, flexibility, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fluent English is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Czech, Italian, German, or French.
