End of Line Tester- Day Shift Test Line (HVAC Certificate)

Location: Longview, TX, United States; full-time onsite work in a manufacturing facility

Commercial HVAC systems are produced and tested against quality, production, and engineering standards.

What you will do

• Test commercial HVAC units to verify compliance with work orders and engineering specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair defects in test units to complete run testing.
• Operate recovery and reclaim equipment to remove refrigerant before leak repairs.
• Charge units with refrigerant, check for leaks, and repair leaks using brazing equipment.
• Perform wiring, brazing, and assembly across required areas.
• Coordinate coworkers, production schedules, parts availability, and activities with other departments.

Requirements

• Vocational or technical training.
• 0–5 years of industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
• 608 Universal EPA Refrigerant license and HVAC Certificate required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb, stoop, and sit for prolonged periods; regular exposure to seasonal temperatures, dust, and some chemical fumes.
