Practice Director - Surgical Practices - Gulf Coast Region (Oncology)

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must currently reside in Texas; strong preference for the Gulf Coast Region. Up to 90% travel is required for key meetings. Sites include Webster, Katy, Memorial City, Sugar Land, Medical Center, Pearland, Willowbrook, and The Woodlands.

What you will do

• Direct activities and implement objectives for multi-site surgical oncology practices.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, organizational controls, and communication processes.
• Evaluate operational and business conditions and advise governing and executive leadership.
• Monitor practice capacity, staffing, facilities, technology, financial performance, and growth plans.
• Prepare management reports and communicate practice progress.
• Oversee new office location development and supervise practice staff, with clinical direction provided by physicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field; alternatively, an associate degree plus four years of related experience, or eight years of related experience.
• Minimum seven years of experience in healthcare management.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Current residence in Texas is required.
• Ability to travel extensively, including up to 90% travel for key meetings.
