Salary: $64,501.50–$103,677.00 per year

What you will do

  • Support Relationship Managers in analyzing financial statements, assessing borrower creditworthiness, and preparing credit approval packages.
  • Monitor financial trends, covenant compliance, and borrowing bases to identify credit risks and recommend actions.
  • Collaborate with sales, credit teams, credit officers, and other stakeholders on loan structuring and underwriting inquiries.
  • Support client needs and build trusted internal and external relationships through tailored credit solutions.
  • Mentor analysts by sharing expertise in financial analysis, credit structuring, and risk assessment.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends, credit policies, risk mitigation techniques, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in credit underwriting, portfolio management, or a related field.
  • Strong financial analysis, credit analysis, and risk assessment abilities.
  • Basic understanding of loan structuring and credit agreements.
  • Experience with financial modeling, credit decision tools, and intermediate Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, collaboration, organization, and relationship-building skills.
