Solution Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Key Account Managers, Global Account Managers, and Sales Engineers to support sales opportunities and targets.
• Act as the main technical interface for customers by supporting RFQ definition and analyzing requirements.
• Propose, present, and adapt customer-specific solutions, including technical presentations at customer locations.
• Create accurate quotations and technical proposals combining equipment, software, and services.
• Coordinate cross-functional proposal teams, manage timelines, and track proposal data in Salesforce.
• Develop solution concepts and technical documentation, perform risk analysis, and ensure complete handover to operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of experience in proposal engineering or solution engineering.
• Good to advanced English proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel.
