Solution Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Sales Engineers to drive sales opportunities and achieve targets.
• Act as the main technical interface for customers, supporting RFQ definition and analyzing requirements.
• Propose and adapt tailored solutions, clearly communicating technical concepts and unique selling points (USPs).
• Create accurate and competitive solution proposals combining equipment, software, and services.
• Organize and coordinate cross-functional proposal teams and manage timelines in Salesforce.
• Develop solution concepts, including technical documentation and Tabletop Drawings (TTD).

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal or solution engineering.
• English: Good to advanced level (C1) required.
• Willingness to travel.
