People Analytics Specialist

Location: London; primarily office-based

What you will do

• Use workforce analytics and fact-based recommendations to advise HR Business Partners and business leaders.
• Partner with global, regional, and country HR stakeholders to deliver scalable people analytics solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, analytical products, and reporting solutions.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
• Translate complex findings into clear narratives using data visualization and storytelling.
• Apply statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and data science methodologies to identify trends, risks, and prescriptive insights.

Requirements

• Degree in data analytics, statistics, or a closely related field.
• 2+ years of experience as an analyst within a large, regulated organization.
• Experience conducting quantitative analysis and communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
