Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Remote or relocation to company offices

What you will do

• Attract and qualify potential customers and promote company services.
• Maintain CRM records and schedule introductory client calls (not cold calls).
• Create lead contact strategies and analyze campaign data and target markets.
• Run Email and LinkedIn automation campaigns for cold clients from Europe, North America, and other regions.

Requirements

• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher, written and oral
• At least 6 months experience in lead generation.
• Experience with LinkedIn and email automation tools.
• Knowledge of ICP and follow-up chain pitches creation.
• Strong communication skills and general IT knowledge.
• Proactivity and interest in sales.

Nice to have

• Experience in SMM.
• Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
