Materials Coordinator - Weekend Shift

Location: Blaine, MN, US; onsite. Three 12-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Compensation: $17.20–$31.90 per hour, with potential eligibility for additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• De-trash, prepare, organize, and stage materials for delivery to production lines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized market area to support efficient operations.
• Assist Material Handlers with material movement and related duties during available downtime.
• Remove cardboard, packaging materials, and general waste using designated compactors.
• Support ihirify.globalory organization and material flow processes.
• Report material shortages, damaged products, and workplace concerns to supervisors while following safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic understanding of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and handling of cardboard, packaging, and production materials.
• Ability to work around manufacturing and material-handling equipment.
