Wellness Nurse (LPN) FT

Location: Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, USA; onsite, full-time

Salary: USD 30–32 per hour

What you will do

• Provide direct nursing care with an emphasis on holistic resident wellness.
• Monitor residents’ health, safety, and well-being.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments.
• Assist with training and monitoring medication administration.
• Supervise care staff in line with state regulations and community policies.
• Maintain clinical quality assurance and promote high service standards.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, methods, and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and learn new applications.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to perform required physical duties, including lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs and supporting residents.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting.
