Compensation Program Act Data and Compliance Specialist (Environmental Compliance)

Location: Richland, Washington, United States; predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, with some remote support subject to approval.

What you will do

• Compile compensation program data, track claims, and prepare compliance reports.
• Manage data analytics, validation, data integrity, and records management for program operations.
• Support EEOICPA and WSHSWC compliance activities and protect sensitive documents.
• Coordinate with HR, legal, finance, procurement, and audit stakeholders.
• Develop data quality check processes and provide technical and business assistance to the Hanford Field Office.
• Support business, procurement, workforce management, training, and audit coordination functions.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–7+ years of compliance or data experience.
• Experience with data validation, reporting, privacy practices, and data quality processes.
• Proficiency with business tools, including Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills are preferred for the role.
• Work must be conducted predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington; limited remote support requires approval.
• Facility Clearance is required for hirify.global team members, with DOE clearance required when specified by the task.

Nice to have

• DOE or EEOICPA experience.
• Data governance training.
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
