TL;DR

Location: Richland, Washington, United States; predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, with some remote support subject to approval.

What you will do
- Compile compensation program data, track claims, and prepare compliance reports.
- Manage data analytics, validation, data integrity, and records management for program operations.
- Support EEOICPA and WSHSWC compliance activities and protect sensitive documents.
- Coordinate with HR, legal, finance, procurement, and audit stakeholders.
- Develop data quality check processes and provide technical and business assistance to the Hanford Field Office.
- Support business, procurement, workforce management, training, and audit coordination functions.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 4–7+ years of compliance or data experience.
- Experience with data validation, reporting, privacy practices, and data quality processes.
- Proficiency with business tools, including Microsoft Office; advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word skills are preferred for the role.
- Work must be conducted predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington; limited remote support requires approval.
- Facility Clearance is required for team members, with DOE clearance required when specified by the task.
Nice to have
- DOE or EEOICPA experience.
- Data governance training.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
