AI Service Planning & Operations Specialist Recruitment (AI)

Location: Seoul office

What you will do

• Discover and plan internal and external AI services and process automation initiatives.
• Validate AI service proofs of concept and operational results, evaluate quality, and drive continuous improvement.
• Operate internal AI services and tools and promote AI Transformation adoption through usage guidelines and training.
• Analyze and structure requirements while coordinating with development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT service or system planning.
• Practical experience planning, validating, and operating AI-based features or services.
• Understanding of the usage methodologies and technical limitations of LLM, RAG, AI Agents, and related technologies.
• Experience building or operating Golden Sets (Evaluation Sets) for AI service quality validation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for collaboration with development teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI service projects using RAG or AI Agents.
• Experience with AI/Digital Transformation or business automation projects.
• Experience planning internal enterprise systems or B2B and corporate services.
• Demonstrated improvement of business processes through AI services and automation tools.
