Team Lead, Procurement Technology, Coupa Product & Platform Services (Coupa)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; onsite full-time role

Salary: $83,100–$141,300 USD annual base pay, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Own the Coupa Source-to-Pay product strategy, roadmap, enhancement portfolio, and long-term platform vision.
• Lead delivery across Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Supplier Management, Procurement, Invoicing, Approval Workflows, Reporting, and platform integrations.
• Lead and develop Coupa analysts, developers, support professionals, offshore teams, and vendor resources.
• Oversee production support, incident management, root cause analysis, escalations, service levels, and platform optimization.
• Govern platform security, data quality, controls, audit readiness, regulatory compliance, change management, and release processes.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Legal, Risk, Technology, business stakeholders, and Coupa representatives; create training and user documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience supporting procurement, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, or enterprise business systems.
• 7+ years of hands-on Coupa experience in solution design, configuration, implementation, and production support.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and experience managing application support teams, delivery teams, and vendors.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; visa sponsorship is not available.
