Product Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Location: Hybrid role based at the European Headquarters in Oegstgeest, Netherlands

Salary: €44,800–€71,680 gross per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory compliance questions from customers and markets.
• Contribute to product compliance systems, policies, and programs.
• Support the development of the hirify.global Product Stewardship database.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales, Marketing, R&D, Legal, Operations, EHS, customers, test institutes, legal firms, and government agencies.
• Conduct chemical risk assessment reports for adhesive formulations.
• Assess and sign off on improved chemical raw material choices based on final application requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Toxicology, Pharmacy, Food Science, or a related discipline, or regulatory education in the chemical or packaging industry.
• Knowledge of engineering or regulatory requirements, with the ability to interpret technical specifications and regulations for non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and consistent attention to detail.
• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Structured and detail-oriented working approach.

Nice to have

• 1–2 or more years of experience in product stewardship, regulatory, or compliance roles.
• Hands-on experience using AI to manage data and compliance.
