Associate Underwriter PI/Cyber

What you will do

• Manage a diverse portfolio and independently handle SME and major accounts.
• Analyze risks, issue quotes, and underwrite assigned risks within the Financial Institutions sector.
• Collaborate with team members and internal stakeholders to implement strategy and build a profitable portfolio.
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to financial and operational targets for the Financial Lines team.
• Prepare reporting and data analysis requested by management.
• Represent hirify.global in external presentations, training sessions, and market meetings while strengthening client relationships.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Economics, Law, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English required.
• Client-oriented approach with a strong focus on service quality and first-time-right results.
• Empathetic, courteous, and helpful communication with internal and external clients.
• Ability to foster a positive team environment and remain resilient in a fast-paced setting.
• Affinity for technology and willingness to use new underwriting tools and solutions.
