Intern M&A; - Brussels (March 2027 - June 2027)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; internship start at the end of February 2027, with a planned period from March 2027 to June 2027.

What you will do

• Conduct market, industry, and company research across sectors including Industrials, Consumer, Tech, Business Services, and Healthcare.
• Support M&A deal execution and prepare teasers, information memorandums, and other transaction documentation.
• Perform financial analyses, assist with valuations, and identify potential buyers.
• Participate in due diligence and closing processes.
• Prepare pitch presentations and support senior bankers with business development and meeting preparation.

Requirements

• Strong, well-rounded academic background and genuine curiosity about business models, sectors, corporate strategy, and growth.
• Previous internships in corporate finance-related fields, with an interest in accounting, finance, M&A, and valuation.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, adaptability, dependability, and willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic workload.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• International experiences and perspectives.
