Senior Finance Analyst - SC FP&A, Orthopaedics (FTC for 18 months)

Location: Diegem, Flemish Brabant, Belgium, or Zuchwil, Switzerland

Salary: €60,000–€96,255 gross annual base pay.

What you will do

• Deliver monthly and quarterly actuals and budget reporting across Bravo, TM1, ERP and CFIN for approximately 10 legal entities in Switzerland and Germany.
• Analyze and present headcount bridges, P&L scorecards and other insights for SOX reviews and senior management.
• Monitor support-function spend and headcount across Finance, HR, Procurement, Business IT and Operations IT.
• Conduct quarterly business-partner reviews, explain variances and approve purchase orders within budget and governance requirements.
• Prepare journal entries, including accruals, reclasses and prepayments.
• Drive FP&A harmonization, reporting automation and finance transformation using data analytics tools such as Alteryx and Power BI.

Requirements

• University or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or an equivalent field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, reporting, accounting or business partnering.
• Strong analytical, financial reporting, budgeting and problem-solving skills, including balance sheet and P&L reconciliation.
• Experience managing projects and processes accurately, with strong attention to detail and independent judgment.
• Excellent communication, business partnering and influencing skills in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Confident English communication skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP P01 and S/4HANA, plus Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, financial modeling, data analytics or finance transformation.
• Additional language skills.
