Assurance Manager (Audit)

What you will do

• Manage audit engagements, client expectations, budgets, and reporting deliverables.
• Analyze audit findings and coordinate analytical, technical, and research activities.
• Collaborate with Senior Managers and Partners on risk assessments, audit programs, accounting and auditing standards, and audit reports.
• Build relationships with existing clients and participate in networking and business development activities.
• Lead, train, and supervise Audit Staff and Seniors.
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) certification.
• At least 5 years of related experience, preferably in US Assurance.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising and training employees.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, report-writing, communication, interpersonal, research, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service, with a comprehensive understanding of data analysis techniques.
