Assurance Senior Associate

What you will do

• Oversee staff during pre-audit planning and fieldwork, including reviews of client accounting and operating procedures.
• Perform audit planning, internal control and substantive testing, analytical reviews, and prepare supporting workpapers and financial statements.
• Research technical issues and prepare draft audit reports for management review.
• Assist Managers and Partners with risk assessments and audit plan programs.
• Build relationships with existing clients and participate in networking activities.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in US Assurance.
• Experience in a public accounting firm and managing multiple client engagements is preferred.
• Strong analytical, report writing, research, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of data analysis techniques and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• CPA (US) or CA (ICAI) is preferred.
