Transaction Advisory Services Senior (Financial Due Diligence)

Location: IND KA Bangalore - Cherry Hills; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Conduct financial due diligence on middle-market companies across a variety of industries.
• Analyze engagement data and prepare findings.
• Prepare data books and draft reports for management review.
• Research issues arising during engagements.
• Train Associates and collaborate with Managers, Senior Managers, Partners, and peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Business, or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving, critical-thinking, research, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous projects, work independently and in a team, meet client deadlines, and provide excellent client service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
