Junior Associate Assurance (Audit)

Location: Gurugram, India; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Participate in assurance engagement teams by performing audit and review procedures on client financial statements.
• Research technical issues arising during engagements and present appropriate solutions.
• Respond to client needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and support implementation.
• Assist Senior and Manager-level colleagues with additional assurance projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and ongoing pursuit of ACCA or CPA qualifications.
• At least 65% marks in the previous two years with no backlogs.
• Professional conduct, strong written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative problem-solving, critical thinking, research, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize tasks, estimate effort, and communicate status clearly.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed and exercise sound judgment.
