What you will do
- Assist senior professionals in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies across various industries.
- Analyze financial and business data and prepare findings.
- Create draft reports for management review.
- Research issues arising during client engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Business, or qualification as a Chartered Accountant.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services, Assurance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, creative problem-solving, research, and project management skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, take direction, and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
