Associate - Managed Accounting Services Advisory

Location: Bangalore, India; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Deliver accounting services and related consulting to a dynamic client base.
• Help clients execute financial transactions using cloud-based accounting tools.
• Prepare month-end close activities and financial reporting as part of a collaborative team.
• Manage multiple client engagements, conflicting deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Communicate progress clearly with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Good understanding of US GAAP, Ind AS, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Experience with month-end and year-end close processes, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and credit card reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• US CPA or CA (ICAI) qualification.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or other cloud-based accounting systems and tools.
