Sr Staff Project/Program Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Own assigned analog and mixed-signal chip development projects from kick-off through customer release.
• Lead cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams delivering products for the Standard Products Division.
• Define and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and portfolio spending forecasts.
• Track project metrics, risks, scope, budget, cost entitlement, manufacturability, and execution progress.
• Remove execution roadblocks, mitigate risks, escalate issues early, and drive continuous improvement.
• Align sample priorities and delivery execution with demand creation, sales, marketing, market, and customer needs.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Japanese with the ability to communicate across global and cross-cultural teams.
• 5–7+ years of relevant experience as a semiconductor professional, preferably in a major analog semiconductor company.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on technical program or project management experience for mixed-signal analog products.
• 3–5+ years of experience in product-line NPI teams, such as product, test, validation, design, or quality.
• In-depth understanding of new product introduction and product development from concept through production release.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering; a master’s degree or PhD is preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with automotive processes and commercial, industrial, or automotive analog products.
