Senior Consultant, Risk

Location: Hong Kong; hybrid, with in-person work at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

What you will do

• Create, document, implement, and continuously improve the Risk Management Framework across hirify.global Hong Kong.
• Review risk themes, regulatory topics, processes, projects, and business activities to identify risks and issues.
• Develop governance papers, reports, dashboards, and materials for the Board of Directors.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define solutions and implement remediation for material risks.
• Support regulatory interactions and collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, Data Governance, and first-line risk teams.
• Advise business units, resolve complex operational and organizational problems, and build relationships with senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, risk management, or a related field.
• More than five years of risk management experience in a credit, financial, or highly regulated environment.
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong credit industry and enterprise risk management principles.
• Experience developing and implementing processes, procedures, formal policies, and reports.
• Experience preparing papers for and presenting at governance committees and boards.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, logical reasoning, problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
