Senior Manager, Impact Engagement

Location: Washington, DC, USA; hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday–Thursday

Salary: $80,336.75–$145,077.09 per year

What you will do

• Develop and lead the engagement strategy for hirify.global’s Impact function across channels, audiences, and business touchpoints.
• Connect Impact with alumni relations, government relations, investor relations, public affairs, and communications partners.
• Build the narrative architecture for hirify.global Open Doors and the hirify.global Foundation.
• Lead internal communications, storytelling, events, campaigns, reports, fundraising appeals, leadership briefings, and digital content.
• Enable institutional leaders with messaging, tools, and resources to advance Impact initiatives.
• Develop partnerships, manage strategic programs, report engagement progress, and provide direction to Impact team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Seven or more years of experience in social impact, strategy, communications, stakeholder engagement, or an equivalent field.
• Expertise in social impact strategy, sustainability, philanthropy, and community engagement.
• Experience developing internal communications strategies and translating complex initiatives into clear narratives.
• Strong written, verbal, stakeholder engagement, collaboration, influence, and project management skills.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with content management or employee engagement platforms.
