What you will do

• Develop CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings for HVAC equipment.
• Prepare conceptual and preliminary drawings for product development.
• Update and revise existing designs to maintain the current product offering.
• Complete assigned design projects in coordination with engineering management.
• Collaborate with engineers, management, and creative departments to determine design solutions.
• Create complete bills of material by defining when, where, and why parts are used.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in the HVAC industry or a similar industry.
• A two-year technical degree is preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good decision-making, analytical problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours; periodic visits to the manufacturing facility may involve heat, cold, dust, and chemical fumes.
