Mechanical Designer (Manufacturing)

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time onsite role. Relocation assistance is offered.

What you will do

• Create and modify concept layouts, 3D models, assemblies, and detail drawings using SolidWorks CAD and PDM.
• Research components and technical resources to support engineering projects.
• Develop design solutions that balance form, fit, function, manufacturability, and cost.
• Apply internal design practices and industry standards, including ANSI and ASME.
• Maintain technical data packages throughout the product lifecycle, including drawings, revision history, bills of materials, and literature submittals.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers and cross-functional product development teams.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software; SolidWorks experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of detail drawing creation and manufacturability.
• Knowledge of interference checks, fits, tolerance stack-up, dimensional analysis, and GD&T.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support.
