Laboratory Coordinator (with background in HPLC, GC or MS) (Data Validator)

Location: Asean Dr, Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines. Hybrid work may vary by affiliate country, with a requirement to be onsite for 2 to 6 months.

What you will do

• Process data from chemical laboratory analysis of food matrix samples.
• Validate, calculate, integrate, and report laboratory results.
• Perform quality control checks, LIMS entries, and other data management activities.
• Ensure testing methodologies and quality control procedures follow ISO17025 and applicable SGS laboratory standards.
• Monitor turnaround times and promptly report operational issues, quality inconsistencies, missed deadlines, and training needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree; Chemistry is strongly preferred.
• At least one year of experience working with LC or GC chromatography instruments.
• Strong MS Excel skills and the ability to perform laboratory data calculations.
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to identify minor discrepancies and protect data quality and integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication, prioritization, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite for 2 to 6 months as required by the affiliate arrangement.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of mass spectrophotometry.
• Food matrix laboratory testing experience; environmental sample experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Chromalion, MassHunter, MultiQuant, or Analyst software platforms.
