Data Validator

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines; 3 months onsite, then transitioning to a hybrid setup.

What you will do

• Process, calculate, validate, and report results from food-matrix chemical laboratory samples.
• Perform laboratory data calculations, integrations, quality-control checks, LIMS entries, and other data-management activities.
• Ensure testing methodologies and quality-control procedures follow ISO 17025 and applicable hirify.global laboratory standards.
• Monitor turnaround times and promptly escalate risks to deadlines or operational issues.
• Report personnel, quality-control, certification, and training issues to relevant managers for corrective action.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree; Chemistry is strongly preferred.
• At least one year of experience working with LC or GC chromatography instruments.
• Knowledge of mass spectrophotometry and strong MS Excel skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to data quality, operational excellence, and work integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse work environment.

Nice to have

• Food-matrix laboratory testing experience; environmental-sample experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Chromalion, MassHunter, MultiQuant, or Analyst software platforms.
