Technical Customer Service (GC MS)

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines. The role starts with 3 months onsite and transitions to a hybrid setup thereafter.

What you will do

• Manage the full order-processing workflow, including sample receipt inspection, test planning, order control, test monitoring, and invoicing.
• Review laboratory data calculations, integrations, interpretations, quality-control checks, LIMS entries, and subcontract laboratory data.
• Identify and correct errors in laboratory results and approve results for final reporting.
• Ensure report quality, data integrity, testing methodology, and quality-control requirements before reports are released to customers.
• Advise internal and external customers and communicate immediately when specified turnaround times cannot be met.
• Ensure testing follows ISO17025, hirify.global laboratory standards, quality-assurance procedures, and applicable QHSE and HR policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree from an internationally accredited institution; Chemistry is preferred.
• At least 2 years of data-processing experience, including LIMS and laboratory data review.
• Hands-on laboratory experience or training with the methods being reviewed.
• Knowledge of analytical instrumentation, particularly chromatography and mass spectrometry, plus ISO17025 quality requirements and country certifications.
• English proficiency at B2 or C1 level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills; ability to manage parallel processes and explain complex processes clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with headspace, gas chromatography, FID, mass spectrometry, thermodesorption, environmental simulation, weathering tests, fracture mechanics, and VOC/FOG analysis.
• SAP knowledge.
