Data Validator (Non-Chemist/Chemist with HPLC, LC-MS and/or GC-MS Laboratory Experience Required) (Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry)

Location: Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Hybrid work arrangement may vary by affiliate country, with onsite availability required for 2 to 6 months.

What you will do

• Process data from chemical laboratory analysis of food matrix samples.
• Perform laboratory calculations, data integrations, quality control checks, LIMS entries, and related data management.
• Validate, calculate, and report laboratory results in line with quality and ethical standards.
• Follow ISO 17025, country certification, testing methodology, and hirify.global laboratory requirements.
• Meet laboratory turnaround times and promptly report operational, quality, staffing, training, or deadline issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree; a Chemistry degree is strongly preferred.
• At least one year of experience with LC or GC chromatography instruments.
• Knowledge of analytical instrumentation, particularly chromatography and mass spectrometry.
• English proficiency at B2 or C1 level, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong MS Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify minor discrepancies.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, manage time effectively, and work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Mass spectrophotometry knowledge.
• Food laboratory testing experience; environmental sample experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Chromeleon, MassHunter, MultiQuant, or Analyst software platforms.
