Focus on identifying discrepancies, meeting laboratory turnaround times, and maintaining the integrity of chromatography data.

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa, Metro Manila, Philippines; hybrid work may vary by affiliate country, with availability for onsite work for 2 to 6 months.

What you will do

  • Process analytical data from food-matrix samples in a chemical laboratory.
  • Perform laboratory calculations and data integrations, quality control checks, LIMS entries, and related data management.
  • Validate, calculate, and report laboratory results according to quality and ethical standards.
  • Ensure testing methodologies and quality control procedures comply with ISO 17025 and applicable hirify.global laboratory standards.
  • Monitor turnaround times and promptly report operational issues, quality inconsistencies, missed deadlines, and training needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree; Chemistry is strongly preferred.
  • At least one year of experience working with chromatography instruments, including LC or GC.
  • Commitment to data quality and operational excellence, with strong attention to detail and responsibility for work integrity.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage time, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Availability for onsite work for 2 to 6 months is required depending on the affiliate country.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of mass spectrophotometry.
  • Experience testing food-matrix samples; environmental-sample experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Chromalion, MassHunter, MultiQuant, or Analyst software platforms.
