Transaction Advisory Services Associate (Finance)

What you will do

• Support senior professionals, managers, and partners with financial due diligence on middle-market companies across various industries.
• Analyze financial and operational data and prepare findings.
• Draft reports for management review.
• Research issues arising during client engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or business, or ACA qualification.
• At least one year of relevant experience in transaction advisory services, assurance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, creative problem-solving, research, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and take direction while exercising sound judgment.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
