What you will do
- Support performance management programs and administer confirmation reviews.
- Process staff movements, including resignations, retirements, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personal files in HR systems.
- Prepare structured reports aligned with stakeholder requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
- Assist with disciplinary documentation and payroll processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR generalist or in talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, iPayroll, and HR2000.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a proactive, high-integrity approach.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is required.
- Must be willing to work at the Sunway City location in Selangor, Malaysia.
