Lead Generative AI for Automation Test

What you will do

• Design and develop autonomous and multi-agent workflows for software test automation.
• Build AI agents using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, tool calling, and MCP-based integrations.
• Automate test-case generation, code creation, execution, validation, debugging, failure triage, self-healing, and continuous maintenance.
• Integrate agents with UI, API, database, end-to-end testing, GitHub, Jenkins, REST APIs, databases, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define agent instructions, guardrails, validation checkpoints, and human-in-the-loop review processes.
• Set technical standards, improve agent reliability and performance, and mentor engineers on agentic development and AI-assisted testing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software development experience, including technical delivery leadership or engineering mentorship.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM integration, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI-agent development.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and solid experience with REST APIs.
• Understanding of agent orchestration, tool integration, structured outputs, validation mechanisms, vector databases, embeddings, knowledge management, and AI evaluation.
• Working knowledge of Playwright with TypeScript and UI, API, database, and end-to-end testing.
• Good English communication skills for collaboration with distributed teams and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Angular or React applications.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software-development practices.
