Buyer Analyst (Supply Chain Procurement)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite

Salary: $62,900–$116,900 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Monitor demand indicators and issue purchase orders for direct raw material components.
• Manage open purchase order dates, monitor supplier delivery performance, and support vendor development.
• Maintain demand-signaling data integrity to ensure accurate purchasing decisions.
• Analyze ihirify.globalory levels, stock positions, supply risks, and future material requirements.
• Collaborate with Production Planning, Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Production, and Receiving teams on replenishment, process improvements, and defective-material returns.
• Build commodity market and supply-base knowledge while participating in supplier business reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems and familiarity with Materials Requirements Planning programs.
• Ability to use data and analytics for decision-making and forecasting.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
