Reporting Analyst (3rd Shift)

Location: Megatower, Mandaluyong City, Philippines; hybrid attendance twice a month. Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM–5:00 AM, 3rd shift.

What you will do

• Complete client, metric, and ad hoc reporting according to service line agreements.
• Create and maintain billing templates and develop monthly billing reconciliation audits.
• Analyze weekly dashboards, identify trends, and present findings to client services leaders.
• Provide recommendations on processes and workflows affecting reporting and billing.
• Maintain reporting policies aligned with account goals and proactively gather upcoming client reporting needs.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in RPO, reporting and analytics, or a business or office environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience supporting reporting activities and managing client and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to assess and present key data.
• Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and their reporting capabilities.
• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, VBA macros, and Power Query.
• Portfolio or work samples demonstrating previous reports, dashboards, or analytics projects.
