Sales Reporting Analyst I

What you will do

• Develop and prepare BW reports for global sales reporting and analysis across business units.
• Translate business requirements into BW reports or IT requests, support data extraction, and assist with BW and Power BI dashboard training and testing.
• Manage databases and processes for sales commission and split tracking across Electronics and Automotive regions.
• Maintain customer master data and investigate root causes of commission reconciliation issues.
• Coordinate distributor POS and inventory databases across North America, Europe, and Asia.
• Create and maintain pricing items, support price loads and ad hoc pricing projects, and distribute updated price lists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of related work experience.
• Experience within a BW environment is required.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Analytical and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to interpret data rather than only report it.
• Ability to communicate with different functions and users and manage projects autonomously.
• Basic knowledge of SAP modules such as SD, PP, MM, Flex Planning, SIS, and BW is advantageous.
