Senior Financial Analyst - Reporting and Consolidation

What you will do

• Review and consolidate financial data from multiple entities across the organization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements, notes, supplementary information, compliance certificates, and stakeholder reports.
• Ensure consolidated results comply with financial covenants, thresholds, and ASPES standards.
• Prepare annual forecasts, monitor CAPEX, perform variance analyses, and manage accounting for newly acquired or created entities.
• Evaluate complex transactions, document accounting conclusions, and support external audits.
• Help transform consolidation processes from Excel to an EPM solution, maintain reporting tools, and identify automation improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA designation required.
• More than five years of accounting and financial reporting experience, including consolidation and multi-entity accounting.
• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and business combination accounting.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with consolidation tools such as CCH Tagetik or Hyperion.
• Experience with Microsoft D365 ERP.
