What you will do

• Formulate new business proposals and develop company forecasts and valuations.
• Evaluate merger and acquisition scenarios and prepare materials for public stock issuances.
• Manage investment portfolios through detailed market and sector analysis.
• Develop business cases, solution recommendations, process frameworks, and short- to medium-term execution plans.
• Build relationships with internal customers and external stakeholders while supporting communications, risk management, and policy development.
• Guide and train colleagues on client account management, data analysis, business processes, and investment recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of general professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) certification from FINRA.
• Expertise in financial analysis, numerical concepts, data interpretation, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work independently, provide guidance, and make recommendations based on costs, benefits, risks, and stakeholder value.
• Resident workstyle in New York, United States.
