What you will do

• Complete project-based and experiential learning during an approximately 13-week internship.
• Lead initiatives and strategic analysis across Operations functions.
• Develop business cases for projects in supply chain, process development, quality, manufacturing, and facilities & engineering.
• Prepare effective recommendations for senior leadership.
• Participate in professional development sessions, mentoring, and networking events.

Requirements

• Be an undergraduate student eligible for an internship assignment.
• Be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the program.
• Demonstrate motivation, initiative, and strong analytical capabilities.
• Be available for the approximately 13-week, full-time program.
